Abstract

This article reports on findings from a three-year research project that examined ways of improving student evaluation of distance education courses. The focus is on the perception of the evaluation tool by three distance education course directors and how it might be used to improve the quality of their programs. Cet article fait état des résultats d’un projet de recherche d’une durée de trois ans qui a consisté à examiner les façons d’améliorer l’évaluation des étudiants de cours d’éducation à distance. L’accent est mis sur la perception qu’ont trois directeurs de programmes d’éducation à distance de l’outil d’évaluation et sur comment cet outil peut être utilisé pour améliorer la qualité de leurs programmes.
